ExamBuzz is a private organization driven by a team of passionate and talented individuals. Our team includes experienced professionals and educators from a range of private institutions. Beyond their professional roles, they are committed to actively supporting and assisting you.
Privacy Policy:
The information we collect includes:
1. Your name, email address, phone number, and photo. These are primarily used to identify your personal profile and not for any other purpose.
2. Ensuring the security of your information is our top priority. However, since we use third-party services (Google, Facebook), you also need to exercise some awareness to keep your information secure
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your information at all times.
Users can request the deletion of their personal data at any time, and they have the option to delete their account along with all associated data.
Refund Policy:
1. Before purchasing a course, read all the details carefully to avoid any questions or complaints afterward. If, for any unexpected reason, our team is unable to run the course, you can request a refund within 3 days of enrolling in the course.
2. Refunds will not be made via direct cash transactions. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used. After your refund request is successfully processed and approved by the authorities, the amount will be returned within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via a confirmation phone call, email, or Facebook post.
3. Once your course refund request is approved, you will lose all access to that course.
4. You can report any issue by clicking the “Contact” button on the ExamBuzz app’s 24/7 support section (Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram). We will strive to resolve your issue promptly.

গোপনীয়তা :
আমরা যে তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি তার মধ্যে রয়েছে:
১.ব্যবহারকারীর নাম,ইমেইল নম্বর,ফোন নম্বর,ছবি।উক্ত তথ্যগুলো মূলত আপনার ব্যক্তিগত প্রোফাইল চিহ্নিতকরনে ব্যবহার করি,অন্য কোন উদ্দেশ্যে নয়।
২.আপনার তথ্য নিরাপদে রাখার মহান দায়িত্ব আমাদের। তবে,যেহেতু আমরা তৃতীয় পক্ষের (গুগল,ফেসবুক) সেবা নেই তাই তথ্য নিরাপদ রাখার খানিকটা সচেতনতা আপনারো দরকার।
আমরা সবসময় আপনার তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা রাখার ব্যাপারে অঙ্গীকার করছি।
রিফান্ড পলিসি
১.কোর্স কেনার পূর্বে ভালো করে সমস্ত কিছু পড়ে নিবেন যাতে কেনার পর কোর্সের ব্যাপারে কোন প্রশ্ন বা অভিযোগ না থাকে।কোন অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত কারনে যদি আমাদের টিম কোর্স রান করতে না পারে তবে কোর্স এনরোল করার সর্বোচ্চ ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিফান্ড রিকুয়েস্ট করা যাবে।
২) রিফান্ড এর টাকা কোনভাবেই সরাসরি ক্যাশ ট্রানজেকশন করা হবে না। আপনি যে মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট করেছিলেন, সেই মাধ্যমেই রিফান্ড করার চেষ্টা করা হবে। রিফান্ডের অনুরোধ কর্তৃপক্ষ দ্বারা সফলভাবে প্রক্রিয়াকৃত এবং অনুমোদিত হওয়ার সর্বোচ্চ 7-10 কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ফেরত দেয়া হবে এবং নিশ্চিতকরণ ফোন বা ইমেইল বা ফেসবুক পোস্টের মাধ্যমে ব্যবহারকারীকে জানানো হবে।
৩) আপনার কোর্স রিফান্ড রিকুয়েস্টটি সফল হবার পর আপনি ঐ কোর্সের সমস্ত এক্সেস হারাবেন।
৪) আপনি আমাদের ExamBuzz App এর যোগাযোগ বাটনের ২৪/৭ এর অংশের (ফেসবুক,মেসেনজার,হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ,টেলিগ্রাম) বাটনে ক্লিক করে যেকোন সমস্যার কথা জানিয়ে মেসেজ প্রদান করতে পারবেন,দ্রূত সেইসমস্যার সমাধান দেবার চেষ্টা করা হবে।
